Most of our pieces are made to order, created just for you the moment your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

Shipping Info

Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–4 weeks for processing and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up with tracking details once it ships.

We offer flat-rate shipping via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on all orders over 200 USD with code 'tierna'

International Shipping:
We do ship internationally! Rates and delivery times vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package reaches your country.
